Trilock 10 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects on the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies.
Trilock 10 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.
Trilock 10 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
Trilock 10 Tablet is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Montair 10 Tablet is recommended.
Trilock 10 tablets should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. A dose adjustment of Trilock 10Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Limited information is available on the use of Trilock 10 Tablet in these patients. No dose adjustment is recommended in patients with mild to moderate liver disease.
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Trilock 10 may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
Trilock 10 works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to prevent asthma and relieve symptoms of allergies.
If you miss a dose of Trilock 10, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Trilock 10 mg is a selective and orally active leukotriene receptor antagonist that inhibits the cysteinyl leukotriene receptor. (CysLT1). Cysteinyl leukotrienes (LTC4, LTD4, LTE4) are released by several cells, including mast cells and eosinophils, as a result of arachidonic acid metabolism. Cysteinyl leukotrienes and leukotriene receptor occupancy have been linked to the pathophysiology of asthma and allergic rhinitis, including airway edema, smooth muscle contraction, and altered cellular activity associated with the inflammatory process, all of which contribute to the signs and symptoms of asthma.

Patients with both asthma and allergic rhinitis should take only one dose daily in the evening. For prevention of Acute prevention of Exercise-Induced Bronchoconstriction, a single dose should be taken at least 2 hours before exercise.
Renal Dose
Renal impairment: No dosage adjustment is needed.
There is no need to adjust the dosage of Trilock 10 mg when taken with theophylline, prednisone, prednisolone, terfenadine, digoxin, warfarin, gemfibrozil, itraconazole, thyroid hormones, sedative-hypnotics, benzodiazepines, decongestants, oral contraceptives, and CYP enzyme inducers.

Trilock 10 mg is contraindicated in patients who are hypersensitive to any component of this product.
